How to Use IELTS Liz Store

Useful information:

How do I purchase an item?

Click on the "View Details" for the item you wish to purchase. Then click "Buy NOW". At checkout, enter your email address - PLEASE SPELL IT CORRECTLY. Enter your payment details (Paypal) and postcode (zipcode). Then choose your own password. You will use this password to access your purchases by logging into my store.

How do I access my purchase?

1) You can go to the top right corner of my store where there is a log in button. This button is only for people who have purchased an item. Log in using your email and password. You will find your items waiting to be streamed or downloaded.

Login

The log in button is for customers after they make a purchase. It is a way to find their purchases. After a successful purchase, log in using the login option in the top right corner of my store front page using your chosen password and email address. It allows you access to your lessons and e-books. Email me if you can't find your purchases: store@ieltsliz.com

Can I download videos and e-books?

E-books can be downloaded and saved on your laptop for personal use forever. They are not for sharing in public. Advanced video lessons are streamed online with 3 year access for your viewing only.

I'm having problems making a payment.

At present, all payments are through Paypal. If your country doesn't use Paypal, ask a friend to make the payment for you using your email and your chosen password.

Due to long term illness I have had to pause making new advanced lessons. But as soon as I'm feeling stronger, I'll continue. Next comes IELTS Advanced Reading Lessons. I hope to have Advanced Lessons for all parts of the IELTS test.

Can't use Paypal?

At present, Paypal is the only payment option I have. I hope to find a second option in the future.
It is possible to ask a friend to make the payment for you.

As long as you haven't logged into your account to access or download your products, please contact me about a refund rather than opening any dispute. I'm always here. Email me: store@ieltsliz.com with all your purchase details.

Don't cancel your account if you have purchases. Why?

If you have made a purchase, that purchase is connected to your account in my store. If you cancel your account, you lose access to your purchases. So, only cancel your account if you ... 1) don't have any purchases ... 2) don't need your purchases any longer.
